Stacy Dragos leads Dragos & Co, specializing in Luxury Residential and Commerical Real Estate. She and her team consistently rank #1 in Arizona year after year. Stacy is a licensed Realtor®, Contractor, and Educator in the State of Arizona, winner of the 2012 Women in Business Award from Alliance Bank, and Ambassador for one of the valley’s largest school districts. She earned a Master’s in Education with honors from Chapman University and is a long-time member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. When not assisting clients or investors across the nation, you may find her at hot yoga, recharging in the forest, or simply spending quality time with her family.

You’re successful in real estate. What did you do prior to real estate that may have helped you prepare for what you’re doing now?
I have always worked in the service industry on some level. I am a social person who genuinely enjoys helping others. Before transitioning to real estate, I owned and operated various Assisted Living Homes in the Valley. During this time, I learned to really listen to people’s needs. I learned to be very organized and managed medications, paperwork, and employees. I worked tirelessly to help my residents, families, and staff reach their goals. Similarly to healthcare, real estate requires understanding the client’s needs and desires and has many obstacles throughout the process. The joy I felt from helping my residents continues on when I help a client find their dream home or business.
What do you attribute to our success as a team?
Our team is successful because we genuinely work as a team. We each have so much to contribute because of our various backgrounds and knowledge. We all have different experiences related to real estate and assisted living and combined can handle the complexities of these types of transactions. We support and encourage one another and always work together towards our mutual goal. I have learned so much from this group of ladies and am proud to be part of such an amazing team!
What direct experience do you have in assisted living?
I owned and operated Assisted Living Homes for 15 years, having numerous locations at one time.
Tanya
Tanya has a true passion for real estate investing. She started her investing career in the Bay Area real estate market in the mid 1990s. Tanya has lived through the ups and downs of the real estate industry through personal experience and loves passing on her knowledge to others.
Tanya decided to pursue her true passion in real estate and helping others with their dreams of home and business ownership by ending her 20+ year career working in Information Technology. Throughout her career in IT, she actively networked with investors in her organization providing her knowledge and expertise in real estate investing.
Tanya is a natural born “people person” and loves building relationships with those she meets on a daily basis. She decided to personally invest in Assisted Living in 2020, and with the help of her husband, Julius (a registered nurse), they have successfully built a business together in the assisted living space, enabling her to share her expertise and guidance with her clients.
Tanya has been a Phoenix resident for the past 17 years and has seen the exploding growth in our area. She takes pride in everything she does, is empathetic with those she serves, and always wears a huge smile.
